Arrival
Take a deep breath in… and slowly
exhale.
Once more—inhale deeply… and release.
Now whisper softly:
“I seek refuge in Allah from the
accursed shaitan. Bismillahirrahmanirrahim… In the name of Allah, the Most
Compassionate, the Most Merciful.”
Open your arms wide, like in prayer.
Imagine a beautiful light flowing from
the top of your head… rising upward… all the way to the heavens… connecting you
to Allah.
Say in your heart:
“I intend, I allow, and I surrender…
to be connected with Allah, through His Divine Light.”
Pause… feel the light.
Whisper gently: “Alhamdulillah…
Alhamdulillah… Alhamdulillah.”
Now turn your palms down toward the
Earth.
Imagine light flowing down from your
hands and feet, carrying away all heaviness… all negative energy… cleansing
deep into the Earth’s center.
Say quietly:
“I intend, I allow, and I surrender…
to release all negative energy from my being.”
Whisper:
“Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un…” (3 times)
Feel it…Allow somatic movement if any…
Then: “Alhamdulillah…” (3
times)
Mind
Place your left hand gently on your
head.
Right palm facing the Earth.
Say softly:
“I intend, I allow, and I surrender…
to be fully present with my mind.
Mindful. Aware. Conscious.
Here. Now. With whatever is.
I open my mind to all possibilities,
to all guidance, to all wisdom from You, Ya Allah.”
Whisper to your mind:
“I see you, Mind…
I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank
you. I love you.”
Now ask yourself gently:
“Could I let it go? … Yes, I could.
Would I let it go? … Yes, I would.
When? … Now.”
Imagine the heaviness leaving through
your right hand into the Earth.
Whisper:
“Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un…” (3 times)
Then: “Alhamdulillah…” (3
times)
Heart
Place your right hand over your heart.
Tap it softly, lovingly.
Left palm facing the Earth.
Say:
“I intend, I allow, and I surrender…
to be fully present with my heart.
I open my heart to compassion, to
mercy, to love.”
Whisper to your heart:
“I see you, Heart...
I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank
you. I love you.”
Now ask:
“Could I let it go? … Yes, I could.
Would I let it go? … Yes, I would.
When? … Now.”
Release it downward through your left
hand.
Whisper:
“Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un…” (3 times)
Then: “Alhamdulillah…” (3
times)
Body
With both hands, gently trace down
your body—from your head, down to your toes.
Then rest your left hand on your
belly, just below your ribs.
Right palm facing the Earth.
Say:
“I intend, I allow, and I surrender…
to be fully present with my body.
This sacred vessel You have given me,
Ya Allah.
I honor its wisdom, its strength, its
signals.”
Whisper to your body:
“I see you, Body…
I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank
you. I love you.”
Now ask:
“Could I let it go? … Yes, I could.
Would I let it go? … Yes, I would.
When? … Now.”
Release through your Right hand.
Whisper:
“Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un…” (3 times)
Then: “Alhamdulillah…” (3
times)
Soul
Place your Right hand softly below
your navel.
Left palm facing the Earth.
Say:
“I intend, I allow, and I surrender…
to be fully present with my soul.
I remember—I am Ruh, a spark of Your
Divine Light, Ya Allah.”
Whisper:
“I see you, Soul.
I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank
you. I love you.”
Ask:
“Could I let it go? … Yes, I could.
Would I let it go? … Yes, I would.
When? … Now.”
Release it into the Earth.
Whisper:
“Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un…” (3 times)
Then: “Alhamdulillah…” (3
times)
Energy
Lift both hands high toward the sky.
Slowly circle them down… once… twice…
three times.
Then turn both palms downward, facing
the Earth.
Say:
“I intend, I allow, and I surrender…
to be fully present with my energy.
This light is not mine alone.
It flows through me, from Allah, for
Allah.”
Whisper:
“I see you, Energy. I’m sorry. Please
forgive me. Thank you. I love you.”
Ask:
“Could I let it go? … Yes, I could.
Would I let it go? … Yes, I would.
When? … Now.”
Let it flow down through your palms.
Whisper:
“Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un…” (3 times)
Then: “Alhamdulillah…” (3
times)
Completion
Now… stand whole.
Mind… Heart… Body… Soul… Energy.
All aligned.
You are in the Heartful Flow State.
Whisper softly:
“Alhamdulillah… I am here.
Alhamdulillah… I am whole. Alhamdulillah… I am Yours.”
Take three slow, deep breaths.
